TITAN LED High-Mast System

A radial crown supports six to twelve independently aimed LED floodlight modules for broad, uniform coverage across large operational areas.

Floodlight modules from 300W to 600W deliver up to 170 lm/W, with narrow, medium, wide and asymmetric distributions for apron, yard and interchange layouts.

The 18 m to 40 m polygonal tapered steel mast can be configured with a fixed or lowering headframe to simplify inspection and luminaire maintenance at ground level.

Optional manual or motorised winch systems include guided lifting cables and mechanical locking provisions selected to suit project maintenance requirements.

IP66 and IK08 floodlight configurations, sealed drivers, surge protection and corrosion-resistant finishes support demanding outdoor infrastructure environments.

Wind loading, foundation design, mast sections and anchor assemblies are engineered for the project location, installed equipment and applicable structural code.

Project configurations can be specified with reference to IEC 60598-2-5 for floodlights, IEC 60529 for enclosure protection, IEC 62262 for impact protection and ISO 4354 or the applicable local wind-loading code. Model-specific structural calculations, photometric files and test reports remain subject to confirmation.
